We are still currently accepting pre-applications for the following:

• Accessible Non-Section 8 /Tax Credit, 0 bedroom and 1 Bedroom.

Eligibility requirements includes:
St. Andrew Towers I
1.Age 62 or older;
2.ADA requirement for mobility, hearing
or vision.

3. Income limit for Section 8 units:
   $50,800 or less annually for one person
   and $58, 080 or less annually for two
   people.
4. Income limit for non-section 8 units:
   $50,800 for one person and $58,080 for
   two people.
   St. Andrew Towers II
   1.Age 62 or older;
   2.ADA requirement for mobility, hearing or
   vision.
   3.Income limit for section 8 units:$38,100
   or less annually for one person and $43,560
   or less annually for two people.
5. Income limit for non-section 8 units:
   Same as above.

• Minimum Income for Tax Credit/Non-Section 8, 0 bedroom $23,463 & 1 bedroom
  $25,608
• The Rent for 0 bedroom is $711 and 1bedroom is $776
  Pre-applications are accepted on-site Monday-Friday 9am-4pm or via mail at the address listed below.
